Do You Want to Know a Few Exercises Which Can Help Your Stomach Problems

If you’re anything like me, then you tend to suffer from a bloated stomach and some niggling pains after you’ve over eaten. In fact, this is my greatest problem – over eating.

Not only has my problem ‘helped’ me to put on a few pounds over the last few months, but I get the all too uncomfortable bloated stomach whenever I indulge which has really got me down recently.

So about a week ago, I decided to make an important change.

To stop over eating and to start a more regular exercise regime. I have to admit, recently this is something which I have really neglected. But all that is about to change, not only for my weight control but to help my digestive system.

This is what I’ve been doing the last few days, and it has really helped me out – I’m feeling heaps less bloated every day now.

I’ve added to my already hectic daily regime, two short walks for about thirty minutes each. I’ve started doing some light abdominal exercises – really just crunches and leg raises.

And I found a blog last week that gave me some ideas on how to help my digestion, even further and I recommend that you should read it if you’re having any amount of stomach and bloating problems right now.
