Great News if You’re Aged 50 Or Over and You Want to Run a Marathon

I’ve often wondered about running marathons and at what age should (or shouldn’t) someone consider them ‘not young enough’ to participate in such a great sport any longer.

Well, according to the Canadian University of Manitoba, if you are over fifty your body will, well ‘love you’ if you’re able to run over twenty six  miles! And not only just the one time!
